Air Travel:
Air Travel is not included in your package; however for group of 10 or more traveling on the same itinerary we can coordinate your flights with a $100 deposit.
Individual Travelers must pay in full for flight at time of booking.
Air Travel services are only provided to clients purchasing a travel package from Personal Touch Travel.
Deposit Deadlines:
Early Bird Deposit $50 to reserve until 9/1/12
Monthly payments of $50 or more due by the 5th of each month (50% of balance must be paid by 11/5/12)
Final Payment due by 1/5/13
Policies and General Information:
All payments are non-refundable or non-transferrable due to contractual agreements.
Additional nights may be added to your package based on availibility
Changes permitted with a nominal fee.
Hotel will require you to present a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
Hotel confirmations will be emailed on January 15th
Late fee of $50 per person applied immediately after the final payment date.
All bookings will be cancelled if Final Payment is not received by 1/10/13 at 5pm.
